Return Policy

At our boutique wine shop, every bottle is selected, packed, and dispatched with the utmost precision and care. While we strive for perfection, we understand that—even in the world of fine wine—mistakes can occasionally slip through the cracks. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind while keeping our operations fair, transparent, and efficient.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because wine is a perishable and regulated product, we only accept returns under one clear condition:

You may request a return only if the bottles you receive do not match the bottles listed on your official order receipt.

This includes:

  • Receiving the wrong wine label
  • Receiving the wrong vintage
  • Receiving a different quantity than ordered

In these cases, we gladly take full responsibility.

2. Missing or Incorrect Bottles

If your parcel arrives with:

  • Incorrect bottles, or
  • Fewer bottles than what you ordered,

we will cover 100% of the cost to correct the issue.

Our resolution options include:

  • Sending the correct replacement bottles at no additional charge, or
  • Issuing a full refund for any missing or incorrect items

The choice is entirely yours—we want your experience to feel as smooth as a perfectly aged Cabernet.

3. Required Proof

To ensure accuracy and swift processing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A clear photo of the delivered bottles
  • A photo of the packaging (if relevant)
  • A copy of your order receipt

This helps us verify the issue and keeps the process quick and fair.

4. Conditions Not Eligible for Return

We cannot offer returns or refunds for the following situations:

  • Change of mind regarding the wine after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with taste or personal preference
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery caused by customer error

(Our shipping policy covers damaged bottles upon arrival.)

5. Refund Processing

Once the return or issue has been verified:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3–7 business days)
