Welcome to a world where exceptional South African wines meet European convenience. To ensure a seamless experience from cellar to doorstep, we’ve crafted a transparent, reliable, and customer-focused shipping policy—carefully balanced to protect both your purchase and our boutique wine operation.

1. Shipping Regions

As part of our first rollout phase, we currently deliver exclusively within Bulgaria.
However, our warehouse is fully equipped and prepared to expand deliveries across the European Union. As we activate each country, it will appear as an available destination at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates

Wine travels best when handled with care, and our shipping rates reflect professional packaging, secure courier handling, and compliance with EU alcohol transport regulations.

• Bulgaria: A fixed, transparent national rate based on your delivery address (displayed at checkout).
• Other EU Countries (to be rolled out):
  Each country will have its own shipping rate, calculated according to distance, courier fees, duties, and local alcohol-transport regulations.

Rates will always be clearly displayed during checkout—no surprises, no hidden corkage.

3. Free Shipping Eligibility

To reward your good taste (and excellent sense for value):

Buy 6 bottles or more and enjoy FREE shipping within Bulgaria.
As more EU countries open for shipping, this free-shipping threshold will apply to them as well unless stated otherwise.

4. Order Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your wine’s elegant journey to your doorstep.

Please note: during promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly—but we promise it’s worth the wait.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows:

• Bulgaria: 2–4 business days
• EU (as each region goes live): Typically 3–7 business days depending on destination

Remote areas may require additional transit time.

6. Packaging & Breakage Protection

We exclusively use industry-approved, shock-absorbent wine shipping boxes, designed to keep every bottle snug and safe.

If your order arrives damaged, simply notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the affected bottle(s). We will review, verify, and provide a suitable resolution according to our return & replacement policy.

7. Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Sender

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability at delivery, or failure to collect after courier notification:

• We can reship the order (additional shipping fees apply), or
• Refund the order minus the original shipping fee.

Wine doesn’t enjoy long, lonely journeys—so accurate delivery information is essential.

8. Age Verification

Alcohol may bring joy, but we follow the law responsibly.

Deliveries may require age verification (18+). Couriers are legally allowed to refuse delivery if identification is not provided.

9. Customs, Duties & Compliance (Future EU Expansion)

Once EU-wide shipping is activated, all duties and VAT applicable within the EU single market will be handled by us in accordance with regulatory frameworks. No hidden fees, no unexpected surcharges.

Need help with your order? Our support team is available to assist with questions, tracking updates, or pairing suggestions (we wear many hats).

11. Address Changes & Re-Delivery Terms

To keep your wine’s journey smooth and uninterrupted, any change to a delivery address must be submitted on the same day the order is placed. This gives us enough time to update the courier before your wine begins its voyage.

If an address update is requested after this same-day window, please note:

• We cannot be held liable for any shipping-related refund.
• If a re-delivery becomes necessary due to an outdated or incorrect address, only a 50% refund of the original order value will be applicable should you choose to cancel instead of proceeding with re-delivery.

If you wish to go forward with re-delivery, a 50% re-delivery fee will be charged to cover courier and handling costs.
