Tasting Notes

Appearance:
Shiny pomegranate-seed red, vivid, translucent and jewel-like.

Aromas:
Opulent cherry, red plum, rose petal and wild strawberry, lifted by exotic spice and subtle perfume. Hints of clove, sandalwood and crushed quartz echo its cool-climate origin.

Palate:
Refined red fruit glides effortlessly, raspberry, cherry and pomegranate, wrapped in velvety tannins and buoyed by bright natural acidity. A touch of whole-bunch fermentation (60%) adds aromatic lift, savoury depth and seamless structure.

Texture:
Silky, graceful and deeply layered, a hallmark of single-site Pinot Noir.

Finish:
Long, elegant and enchanting, with spice and red-fruit resonance that lingers like a final note of music.
